Measuring Stress Levels
Firstly we ask: Do you know how your employees are faring? We help you track employee wellbeing over time and identify teams at risk from high stress levels.
Our Professional Stress Tracker is an online survey consisting of two parts. The first is a scientifically validated survey that identifies teams that are at low risk, fragile, challenged or high risk from stress. The second part is a set of circumstance questions designed to indicate what kind of countermeasures will best benefit each team as well as the organisation.
The Professional Stress Tracker can be used independently of our other services, as part of your employee wellbeing program, to regularly monitor the level of stress in the company.
Identifying Sources of Stress
Depending on the client, we utilise various tools to identify sources of stress such as interviews, workshops, observations and reading corporate policies.
We look at areas such as task performance, role design, team work, resource utilisation, available resources, training needs, team and corporate communication, risk management, policies, work environment and more to uncover as many sources of stress as possible.
Discovery of Suitable Countermeasures
By analysing the data collected in the previous stages, building on previous experience and findings in research we uncover a range of suitable countermeasures, including automating monotonous and time-consuming tasks to processes aiming to improve teamwork and communication.
The countermeasures will be tailored to suit your employees’ needs for reduced stress levels, which will increase efficiency and productivity as well as help improve product/service quality. In order to provide you with the best possible outcomes and most effective countermeasures in all identified areas of stress, we collaborate with a range of consultants that specialise in various areas of corporate life such as communication experts, culture professionals and organisational psychologists.
Selection of Countermeasures
To help you select the right countermeasures for your company and its teams, we provide estimations as to how large an impact the countermeasures will have on individual employees, teams, and the corporation as a whole.
You have the final say on what countermeasures to implement. We will be there to guide and support you through the process of making the right choice for you.
Implementing Selected Measures
The implementation process will vary depending on what countermeasures have been selected. Regardless of the process, we will provide you with a plan on how, why and when. We will be your partner at every step.
The countermeasures will be tailored to suit your employees’ needs for reduced stress levels which will increase efficiency and productivity as well as help improve product/service quality.
Follow-up on effectiveness of Changes
Six months after implementation of the countermeasure we will do a follow-up measurement of stress levels to make sure that they have gone down.
